*Military Addresses and PO Boxes do not fall under expedited shipping and will ship with USPS ground.

How long do orders usually take to ship?
We’re currently performing system upgrades to serve you better. As a result, orders placed between 3/30/26 and 4/7/26 will experience a shipping delay of approximately 5 to 7 business days. Normal shipment timelines are expected to resume on 4/8/26.
As soon as you make a Vuori purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your gear delivered on time. Standard orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, standard shipments can take as little as 4-5 business days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to locations on the East Coast.
Express shipments and Expedited shipments must be placed by 6 am Pacific Time to be processed on the same business day. If the order is placed after 6 am PST or on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the next business day.
For Express shipments, the shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date. US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.

Express and Expedited shipping options are not always available, you’ll know they are available if they are presented as an option at checkout. If neither is available, you will see Standard Shipping as an option.
What type of mail carriers do you ship with?
We ship with two carriers to anywhere in the United States: USPS & UPS. The carrier is dependent on the location of the shipping address and the type of shipping chosen at checkout.
Standard orders generally ship with USPS, however, this is not always the case, especially if the order is being shipped to a location outside of California.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping $6 or free for orders over $75 – Arrives in 5-10 business days (Ships via USPS or UPS)
- Express Shipping $15 – Arrives in 3-4 business days (Ships via UPS)
- Expedited Shipping $30 – Arrives in 1-2 business days (Ships via UPS)
Expedited & Express shipping is available most days, but may not be available around busy holidays.
Express orders generally ship with UPS.
Free Shipping
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on US orders over $75. As with all great things, there is some fine print: your order must total $75 before taxes and after any discounts. Occasionally we may run other shipping promotions throughout the year.
Please note that most carriers do not deliver or transport on major holidays, this may cause a delay in your package delivery.
