Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hip and rear, standing with your feet together
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. This includes address changes, item changes, changes to the method of payment, or changes to shipping methods. However, we are more than happy to help you with a return for a full refund once you have received your gear if needed. Our returns for online purchases are free and easy so you will not have to pay for return shipping.
If you forgot to apply your discount or promo code to your order, we cannot apply it after the order has been placed, but you can use the discount on your next order.
If you would like to add an item to a current order, please place a new order with that additional item.
How long do orders usually take to ship?
We’re currently performing system upgrades to serve you better. As a result, orders placed between 3/30/26 and 4/7/26 will experience a shipping delay of approximately 5 to 7 business days. Normal shipment timelines are expected to resume on 4/8/26.
As soon as you make a Vuori purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your gear delivered on time. Standard orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, standard shipments can take as little as 4-5 business days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to locations on the East Coast.
Express shipments and Expedited shipments must be placed by 6 am Pacific Time to be processed on the same business day. If the order is placed after 6 am PST or on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the next business day.
For Express shipments, the shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date. US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.

Express and Expedited shipping options are not always available, you’ll know they are available if they are presented as an option at checkout. If neither is available, you will see Standard Shipping as an option.
